MEETING/RENTAL SPACE
The Midwest Museum of Natural History would like to host your next birthday, wedding or other special event. We have rooms that can accommodate 40-150 people.

Classroom

• 28 x 24 foot carpeted room with 9 foot ceiling
• Tables and chairs for 36
• Ceiling mount projector and screen, no audio
• DVD/VHS player with audio
• Up a flight of 5 stairs, so this room is not handicapped accessible
• Cost: $25/hr room rental, plus $4/ person (during business hours). After hours add $20/hr staffing fee, first two hours; $30/hr for third hour and beyond

Oasis Room

• 40 x 28 foot, tiled floor room with 8 foot ceiling
• Seating:
  Cafeteria/bench style seating for 60 adults or 80 children
  Tables (4 ft square) and chair seating for 24
  Six additional tables (2 x 4 foot) and chair seating for 36
• Wireless microphone system, hand-held and lapel mics
• Portable digital projector, no audio
• Adjoining small kitchenette with serving window; water, refrigerator, coffee pots, microwave
• Cost: $50/hr room rental, plus $4/person (during business hours) After hours add $20/hr staffing fee, first two hours; $30/hr for third hour and beyond

Exhibit Hall and Lobby

• Available after hours only. Cost: $100 facility fee, plus $4/person, plus $20/hr. staffing, first two hours; $30/hr. for third hour and beyond.
